Week 07 - EM00 to EM12 are all part of the 12-week Self-Mastery course.
Before you start this course you must have completed our free mandatory introduction 00 EM.
While you can view any week as stand-alone, the course is designed to build on foundations. We recommend that the most significant benefit is moving progressively through the weeks, building your skills one week at a time.

During this week we will explore the health benefits of cooking:

• The reasons for the development of Culinary Medicine (as led by Harvard Uni)
• Mediterranean (And other alternatives)
• Minimally processed foods and research
• Knife skills
• Principles of batch cooking, hands-on time, preparing minimally processed foods from scratch
